Well, this week we gonna be going in a different direction before coming back to continues with the previous post, this is because I’ve been receiving messages asking me to talk on today’s topic, “how to make whitening lotion at home”. Yea, you saw that right, you too can make the perfect whitening lotion you want at home with little or no side effects.

Currently, the market is filled with various whitening and bleaching creams, most with quinine and other harsh chemicals that causes various bad effects to the body, but  here you are dear, I’m gonna be giving a very simple tutorial on how to make the perfect whitening lotion for you, so here we go………….

HOW TO MAKE WHITENING LOTION AT HOME

There are several natural substances that act as goods whitening agents and have no side effects. These agents when used in the right proportion will surely work well.

Recipe 1

Ingredients

  • 1pinch of turmeric
  • 2 teaspoon gram floor
  • Heavy cream
  • Lemon juice

Instruction:

  1. Mix 2 teaspoon of gram flour and a pinch of turmeric in a bowl
  2. Add 5-10 drops of fresh lemon juice and stir. Note that if you skin is very sensitive you can limit the drops of lemon as too much of it may cause skin irritation
  • Add the heavy cream slowly, 1 teaspoon at a time. Make sure to stir continuously till you get you desired consistency
  1. Apply the cream on your face or skin. You can use daily or at nights.
